At last I have a Waitroses mailing - except its not very :j

I have 30p off fruit and 30p off vegetables valid until June 10th - well that has to be the least exciting MOCs ever.

Also I have 4 conditional spends
    spend £30 save £6
    all valid until June 10th

Me too.... but how the heck to make the most of them!

That's what I have been taking since last autumn bubbs. It's stopped the bubbles (like space dust in my throat feeling) and wheezing I was getting. But I have still had the bouts of excruciating pain in the top of my stomach, it's definitely not chest pain. I can only liken it to labour pains. :o I have been sick with it on occasion when it's been really bad but this is the worst it has been since taking lansoprazole, and I have not bled before, the GP lowered my dose in feb as I was getting on ok. Hospital doc said to take gaviscon before meals to line everything and that is helping. I really don't feel right this time though but that maybe because I am anxious, usually I have a bout, feel like my insides have been through a fight the next morning and then get over it but I had another bad night on Sunday I usually get weeks if not months gaps. :( I'm sure it's not anything serious as I have had these pains for nearly 20 years now but need to get to bottom of it.

See the pain i get is in between my shoulder blades and comes through the front, i was literally rolling with the pain when i first had it, been about 2 1/2 yrs i havehad it,so no where near as long as you

I know this is bucking the trend but I like these:o:)

Has anyone got Fuel granola on Shopmium? Down to £2 in A and £1 back. I've seen elsewhere you can claim 9 times but nothing on mine....yet.

Has the lansaprazole helped at all? I really need a proper diagnosis to make sure what I am taking is the right thing.

Looking back it all started when I was first diagnosed with osteoarthritis, and taking ibuprofen. That's actually about 20 years now.
