Do you spend your Co-op pennies as you go along or do you save them to get something significant? I tend to use mine when I get a till spit MOC so it makes a totally free item.

I went today - mostly to see if the Wisemens milk is still £1 and it is - 90p after discount (OK its cheaper in FarmFoods to get 2 bottles but FF is a mither to park on and the Co-op we pass en route to other places plus I never come out of FF with just 2 bottles of milk)
Also I was getting the small Hippeas packs which are again free on COS :T - COS pay 99p for them, ignoring the discount so a small profit.

My till spit MOC today is 50p off cooked meat or pate products exp 12/04 - I am wondering what counts as cooked meats? I had a look to see if my store had something like salami or chiritozo if these count as cooked meats for about a pound but it didn't, might have to see if the bigger Co-op has a bigger selection.

I used to spend it as I went along, but I thought I'd let it accumulate this time, there's about £4-odd on it now, and I might let it run till the Xmas meal deal. Plus they have some nice deals in the fridges from time to time, the other week they had some beef joints (proper ones, not processed slabs) and if you bought one of those they were giving roasts, yorkshires and two or three packs of fresh veg for free. Prices varied acc to size/weight.

Sliced ham or chicken is 89p might be ok for lunchboxes for hungry boys.

How many sheets per roll are they in comparison? I thought the nicky was full of air.
To clarify "SHEETS" not "SH*TS", and full of air and not gas.

I don't know how I missed it. I think we are forever finding new "games" in this lark, that's why it is so much FUN! :rotfl::rotfl:

Getting things in order is a must for a lot of deals. Bella is the 40% first, then Droid payment. Harvester is AA then Droid.

    Isn't onetu better than 40%....
    I think....

Cushelle 180 sheets per roll, roll length approx 21.6 metres, 2ply

Elite 170 sheets per roll, roll length 21.25 metres, 3 ply, also enriched with lotion and fragrance

£80,000 per yr paid from Nicky sales to Woodland Trust

But what decided it for me was using it. I'd always ignored it, being so cheap, then I was at a friend's mother's house and nipped into the lav, asked her what her lovely loo roll was, and had a bit of a surprise.

Thanks for the loo roll info Seren.....I have never bought nicky before, although I know a lot of the elite have recommended it in the past. I tend to stock up on Regina from wilko when on offer. I have seen the nicky in savers so will get some when I next pass.

You're welcome. But I think I sound like an advert!

I used to buy Sains O/B Aloe Vera at £2+ for 4, so my loo roll spend has decreased by at least 50% over the last four years. It all helps, but my best one was switching from Alpro soya milk at over £1/litre to T's EV soya at 59p.The saving on that switch alone (based on a litre a day) covers my annual car insurance.
