Sweetheart cabbage 8p, carrots 5p. And a 25p moc off bread. Will make colcannon tomorrow and freeze the rest.
Mine now stocks Robinson's Fruit Creations, they have a special stand for it and it's on promo at £1.50.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

last months sprouting wonkie potato I think were binned today so tommorow I will have a look in the bin to see if the bag is still there and compare the 2 barcodes to see if they are different or the same.
You have also made me wonder - we have a small Morrisons in what might be considered an affluent area and also a full size Morrisons is def in a socially deprived town - wondering now if these have different price structures for key itemsSavvybuyer wrote: »Oh! It gets even more mysterious. I think you must have either a version of M Wonky Potatoes 2.5Kg that is at £1.18 and 2 for £2 or an incorrect SEL with that pricing on it, as M Wonky Potatoes 2.5Kg in my Ms (maybe a different BC?) are showing me an offer of 87p. Either that or my version have now got an incorrect SEL of 87p:rotfl:.
Afaik, M Wonky Potatoes 2.5Kg are 87p. However, your post has now made me aware that this may be one BC. In fact I think there are different versions around, as I have seen a different type of potatoes in some Wonky 2.5Kg bags in one store (and may well have had £1.18 and 2 for £2 that I ignored, thinking it to be an incorrect aberrant SEL when I have been generally seeing 87p).
So - I think it's not correct to say that the Wonky Potatoes are now £1.18 and 2 for £2. I think some, or maybe even many, people have them at 87p (maybe due to being technically another product of identical name?). As for whether "the Wonky Potatoes that were £1 last month are now £1.18 and 2 for £2", are we sure that these are the same Wonky Potatoes that were £1 last month and that they are not another "Wonky Potatoes 2.5Kg" that are on a different BC?
So - I could have been saying "Wonky Potatoes are now 87p" and you be saying "Savvy you are wrong - you have an incorrect SEL!" - now it turns out both of us may be right as we may be at cross-purposes talking about different products that have identical descriptions - there may be more than one BC, although I don't even know whether there is or is not. As far as I knew, from SELs and not even scanning anything, they (or, now, my most common version of Wonky Potatoes) were 87p although I am now aware due to your post that there seem to be others at another price (different BC I suspect) in some other M. For all I know, there could be a parallel universe of every product on different BCs and another M at the other end of the country that I never visit having all the products at different prices to me - and I don't even know whether online, even if it matches my prices, is using prices that reflect some store which, although it is at the same prices as my stores, there could be a store in another area with completely different prices to everything online now. Now, anything's possible:rotfl::rotfl:.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Just reading back, glad all went well for your DD's move TM. It's hard work I know, but I'm sure she will soon settle in.

Good morning everyone. Apologies but have not kept track of the wine over last couple of days as only got back really late last night. Will update it again for tomorrow morning. Look what I found at the airport. My favorites. There were also big baskets full of them. Only bought 4 as that is all I could fit in my bag as only had hand luggage.0

But what decided it for me was using it. I'd always ignored it, being so cheap, then I was at a friend's mother's house and nipped into the lav, asked her what her lovely loo roll was, and had a bit of a surprise.TrulyMadly wrote: »You are right bubbs:rotfl:

Been skimming again so unsure if this has been reported. Anyone been sending unaccompanied kids on the trains again? This time it's NOT with virgin for N points.
Get a £3 Costa voucher for 80p @ Expedia (Via Vouchercodes)
As confirmed on the dark side, so thanks to them, a ticket from Ashfield to Possil Park costing just 65p has tracked for someone. States 80p in the title but it seems it's now just a 65p spend. Discussions whether they will pay out on a child ticket on the post. Offer ends 22/04 so time to wait to see if peeps get paid out.
