Lou. In past experience getting stressed and upset increases pain. Relaxation techniques can help, I saw a physio a few years back who gave me exercises, breathing and relaxation tips. At the time it all seemed unachievable as my pain was so bad but a little bit at a time did help.

Did your Hollister problem get sorted by the way?

thanks for the tips i will look into that x thank you x

yes all is ok with the hollister x just waiting for an email x

If we do start to get a lot of "unusual activity" then we could start diversionary tactics eg posting lots of photos of cats, dogs, flowers, holiday pics, last nights dinner, the Christmas tree
    - a few dozen of those and the infiltrators from other the other side should get bored and wonder off again :D

Perhaps we need a code word to commence enemy action :rotfl:

Will anyone notice any difference :)

20 droid last night and 1 diet coke - anyone else, has the ship sailed? If so it would be a shame as my 3 4.99 fasttrack droids are in argos this AM for collection still I notice unlocking is £1 on ebay and they are then worth 19 at CEX.

Thanks for whoever mentioned the T savings DD issue recently as I had missed this.

I can't switch gas and leccy atm as wating for my WHD but did run a quote recently where it showed as £200pa cheaper (on a variable rate tariff) if I took them from different companies, you can compare one at a time by clicking a radio button on the mse tool.
    I think....
