Lou. In past experience getting stressed and upset increases pain. Relaxation techniques can help, I saw a physio a few years back who gave me exercises, breathing and relaxation tips. At the time it all seemed unachievable as my pain was so bad but a little bit at a time did help.

Did your Hollister problem get sorted by the way?

Is anyone else having problems posting, mine keeps saying "duplicate error you have posted the same in the last few minutes" or something along those lines when I havnt !!!!

Yep, I'm getting it, have been for a couple of days. I even reported a poster and got the email twice!
