I had a reminder today that the offers on my Boots app expire on 16/01 - so if anyone has not looked at their app recently its worth checking.
I had the 75 points for any dental so I got the own brand sensitive for 75p - bottom shelf and well hidden - so literally free toothpaste - boys in our house have the cheap toothpaste and I have the fancy cashback and glitch ones
Also in the mailing I got a voucher for 100 points for 2 shampoos so I got strawberry and a coconut for £1.50 - 100 Boots points.
So I spent £2.25 from my giftcard and got 175 points so quite acceptableSerendipitious wrote: »Had a nice little time in Shoes, using giftcard.
Own brand body spray - 75p - and 75 pts for buying deod onto AC
Own brand toothpaste - 75p - and 75 pts for dental onto AC
Own brand shampoo and cond - 1.65* - and 100 pts for hair onto AC
Time Delay rtc £1 - and 200 pts for buying TD onto AC
So all items free plus double pts, 522 pts in total on 4.69 spend (inc carrier and a pack of menthol tissues to see if the 'cough and cold' pts kicked in, which they didn't.)
* Strawberry shampoo 75p but matching conditioner has gone up to 90p “Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Do we know what the likelihood is for the APG to pick up cross action Oral B brush heads (8 pack) in M please? Currently £18 A v £15 M.
I have been using non brand replacements but I am not convinced they are anywhere near as good.
Many thanks

I agree with you, Anon. I bought some from Amazon and they stopped working remarkably quickly. Complained but got nowhere as, of course, I'd bought when I still had a good brush on the toothbrush but none left in the cupboard.0 -
Afternoon all
Im just £200 off my £2000 spend (had lots of insurances, car stuff, to pay this month) with amex for the Spend £2000 get 20000 points. Would it be ok to buy £200 of amazon gift cards . Will it go towards my £2000 spend. Only got 2 days to do this
I seem to recall 6250 (£6.25) back in More points per £50 spend in gift cards? 5000 bonus per £50 card at the moment on various giftcards plus the normal points. Not sure if it would have to be separate transactions?
Also spend minimum 2 Am3x reward points towards £25 on giftcards on Amazon, get £10 or was it £15 back IIRC (so would need to factor in the refund).

Sad times
Tesco Boost have dropped their restaurant vouchers to x3 rather than x4[/Quote)
They kept that quiet, devious so and so's.
I got the email too:
We want to let you know about a change we’re making to the value of the Clubcard vouchers you use with our Reward Partners.
Previously your vouchers were worth 2 times their value with some of our Reward Partners – and others were worth 4 times.
We’ve decided to make things easier. From today, you’ll get 3 times the value of your vouchers across the majority of our Reward Partners at tesco.com/clubcard/boost.
This won’t affect any orders you may have already placed with our Reward Partners that are worth 4 times the value.
If you have any questions, please take a look at our FAQs.
Thank you for shopping at Tesco.
Your Clubcard team
Actually, this does mean that the offers seem better for me as I didn't do the restaurant ones. I've noted that it will work on hotels.com and uber, both of which I use. Possibly aph airport parking too. I was looking through the days out and interestingly some of them are not 3x, including Eureka, which is still 4x, as is Jorvik in York and a few other places.
Trouble is, I now do so few shops in T, I no longer have loads of points to spend.0 -

I don’t know, I’ve entered a code every day and not seen anything about 1000pts at all.
Neither have I - I was working towards the bonus 500 that they advertised nearly 2 weeks ago. (the one which initially said just ONE set of numbers and was then corrected to over 20 !)ELITE 5:2

Nicely done!
I never pay more than £1 for toothpaste, I get Arm & Hammer from Home Bargains as a rule.
DGD age 8 will be having the strawberry set - she is very lavish with conditioner, so a nice freebie that will please both her and her mum.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0
