The dyson died on me on Monday so I had to order the cheap vax from amazon to tide us over - it arrived today and I already hate - no good reason. The 30 year old Henry might be brought out of retirement yet but it seems such a retrograde step going back to using bags again - I like to see the dirt building up.
Tomorrow I will be attempting to bind with the vax but already I feel the need to kick it
Garage found another nail in the car tyre wall so OH had 2 new tyres and tracking done yesterday - I've not faced looking at the bill yet

thanks - I will go and have a look at this - I think repairing my ancient one would cost this much - repairs no longer done by dyson as its long been superseded“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

I have just bought a new DC41, from dyson, their one day delivery took 17 days, a nightmare purchase and a lot more than that price, I had a ball one before and didn't like it but not much choice now although it does glide better than my other one.:)The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -

My Dyson DC04 did good service for 17 years, but it really needed replacing to actually allow me to get dust out of the carpets. I have never regretted buying the Shark, love it. I love the fact it is convertible, and a lot easier to get under the tables than my old Dyson. A lot easier on the stairs too. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I was tempted by the shark or the g tech, tweets seems to like it, but have had other vacuums and not used one that can cope with dog hair like a dyson, this is my seventh, I still have the rechargeable one that's fine and my other upright, cannot remember it's number, maybe an 04, my dd has the 25 I didn't like it, and my ds has my very first one that's a clutched machine but as mhoc says dyson won't service it now:(The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0
