I wonder if you logged into the new Google account on the phone and it has linked the accounts (I see if I switch accounts it still shows as Android Pay installed against the second account, despite it being installed through the first? Returning to factory settings before the new Google account is added (and Android pay installed through that) may work?

It is easy enough to set up a new Google account, so no issue burning accounts testing .

Got the same email but when I checked my points and still showing and dont expire until 2020. Not sure whats going on.

I received that too, only had 85 points to put them to charity, I admit I never looked at the expiry date.:)
