I was tempted by the shark or the g tech, tweets seems to like it, but have had other vacuums and not used one that can cope with dog hair like a dyson, this is my seventh, I still have the rechargeable one that's fine and my other upright, cannot remember it's number, maybe an 04, my dd has the 25 I didn't like it, and my ds has my very first one that's a clutched machine but as mhoc says dyson won't service it now:(
My old Dyson has been relegated to the garage, OH uses it once in a blue moon to hoover the car.
As for the shark, I don't know about dog hair but when I first turned mine on on the carpet I couldn't move it, I had to turn the suction down a little, and the downstairs filled the dust bucket, I had vacuumed only a few days ago with the old Dyson :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

My place needs hoovered every day, it doesn't get it:o, my 04 sticks to carpet so much I cannot hoover but that's because the footbed has lines on it to stop that but mine are worn away with the slate floor, this new 41 just glides across the carpet so easier that way but my wrists don't do the changing direction well that the ball causes. The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -

Some inspiration pretty please.
I have 6 glass coffee cups to wrap which came wrapped in bubble wrap but no decorative box
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00I0W1SN8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
So now I have to find a suitable way of wrapping them.
I did think of putting foil round a shoe box - the boxes I have are the flip lid ones so I need to get one with a normal lid. I am in town tomorrow though so fingers crossed clarks have one.
What about a classic / retro look?
A turkey foil dish (good large size), then in your shredder (presuming you have one) shred some newspaper, put the paper onto the tray, then arrange the cups around the outside, then a nice plack of coffee in the middle, preferable one that is mainly also black and white, like the one below. Then cover in cellophane (or clingfilm). Jobs a goodun!“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
