Last year I listed mine on ebay around early september and got a decent amount for most of them. The websiteposted above looks good but not sure how much traffic it gets as it seems fairly new. Ebay or Amazon may be the best bets for selling :)

I found eBay to be pretty decent, over 50% of my a-level books sold for decent prices.

Daughter sold her stuff on amazon,as an amazon seller.
  • I've used fatbrain.co.uk before and had no problems, maybe don't give as much as you would get for selling them yourself on ebay or amazon but it was so easy as the postage was all paid for only had to print the labels off attach them to the parcels and send them off then I got paid :)

Hi, there is a few places out there - I usually list anything I want to sell on eBay, but i've had a few run ins for different reasons (I won't go into it - thats for another post :rotfl:)

I did Criminology at uni and sold my books to a company called We Buy Books. If memory serves me correctly I think I sold 6 books and got approx £18 (postage was free too)
  • reference tree let you rent chapters in books instead of buying them if people are trying to save money on buying books?

  • Zulubooks.co.uk is now FREE to use, you can buy and sell textbooks and it's all done online so no need to meet up with people just pay via PayPal like you do on eBay.
