Firstly OP wants to use around 380Gb per month to stream lots of 4k content.
Secondly, 3 will let you use data all the time but will limit the speed of the connection so no good for 4k video.

If you read his posts you would have seen it.

"I tend to spend most of my evenings streaming video. Especially if you stream 4k, you eat up data fast. I also run a few websites where I upload a lot of content. That's why I was looking for totally unmetered. "
