If you "crunch the numbers" they allow 6% of appeals with a further 21% being uncontested by the PPC; so for appeals actually assessed by the IAS you've got a 6/79 chance of winning, (about 1 in 13).
The comparative figures for POPLA are 16% allowed and 28% uncontested.0 -

The assumption is that our Client is not attending the hearing and therefore we kindly request this notice be treated as a notice pursuant to CPR 27.9. However on some occasions our Client may wish to attend and will do so.

No print that out for the court so it shows when you received it.
The court may have a copy of it. Tell the judge when you got sent it and ask the court to disregard it.0 -
