I’ve been poorly since Thursday and it’s not showing any signs of alleviating. Finding it difficult to get off the sofa and have an essay to finish writing for Tuesday
on the plus side I’ve not been anywhere to spend any money so this weeks £20 can go straight in the pot.
Not feeling confident about meeting my target anymore but anything in the pot is better than nothing in the potLBM: October 2016: £20,130 / Current: May 2019: £12,576 37.53%DFD: [STRIKE]February 2024[/STRIKE] April 2022?0 -
Very little left end of this fortnight when I emptied my purse,£4.26. Would have been £6.75,but the batteries in the TV remote gave up the ghost this morning,so I had to brave the snow to go up to the corner shop and had to pay £2.49 for 4 batteries. Normally we just get a pack of a dozen for £1 at the Pound Shop, but Mr Dusty forgot to get some before he left.
And of course its a law of nature that we have oodles of every other type of battery around:D0 -
£12 in £2s along with £2 in 50ps potted, and a handful of shrapnel in to the bottle.
Got the week off work so just the dentist/afternoon tea with Mum on Monday; coffee with friend/Sam Smith gig with sister on Tuesday; drive down to Heathrow on Weds; into London for Hamilton on Thursday; drive home Friday.
Not to mention I had to fork out £300 for my car last week after an issue with the brakes but at least I can be confident it's OK for the trip down south now!!
Then back to work for a rest!!! :rotfl:SPCNo.18 #20 (17 £562.86 16 £678; 15 £1120.92; 14 £416.53; 13 £191.52; 12 £260.48; 11 £480.95; 10 £682.31; 9 £442.64)
