One UU at work today:
La Roche Posay Cicaplast Mains Hand Cream 50ml WDBA and have. I love this stuff. It keeps my hands hydrated and protected. I have another tube ready to use0 -
Welcome Frogletina, I use conditioners when shaving my legs and it works wonders. Like maddiemay, I also use the creams I don't like on my feet.
VALM, I think it is good value but I believe same as last year. I didn't get it last year and probably will use 80% of it at least.ally.0 -
UUs:
Mitchum Shower fresh deodorant
Activ 48hr Anti-Perspirant Deodorant - Crystal - Aldi copy of sure roll-on. WBA, less than half the price.
Ins:
Only the essentials, going to avoid any Black Friday deals, no matter the bargain.
2 x cotton wool pads from Lidl
Nail polish remover from Lidl0 -

I'm lucky because I've rarely needed to shave my legs. I only ever have the occasional hairs, very fine and fair.

Getting donated to the work supply
Aveda Stress-fix Body Lotion 25mls.
Doesn't moisturize, not sure about the scent. But some of my coworkers love Aveda, so it won't go to waste.0 -
Welcome Frogletina.
I rarely throw things out, it is not overly warm in my house and I think that may be why things never seem to go off and boy I've had some things a really long time. I only get rid of a part used product if I've given it a really good go and hate it.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

One thing I need to know is when is it acceptable to throw things away rather than using them? I have items that I have held for so long that I don't really remember buying them.
I never seem to use hair conditioner but I have a few part used ones as well as some never used. It seems a waste to throw them out - maybe I should persevere and use them up.
I also have several body lotions, some basic and some really nice ones.
I try to use up the basic ones and get them out of the way but I really want to use the nice ones.
Any advice welcome.

My attitude is if it's not working and you can't repurpose it get rid. Hair conditioner can be OK used as a shave cream but again if it caused a reaction using it in that way get rid. Maybe keep a basic and a luxurious body lotion in rotation and use the basic in the evening and lux in the morning
Good luck and welcome.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have 5 items that I think will be gone this week:-
Bumble and Bumble B Straight crime. Mini sample tube now cut open. Amazed at the amount of product it contains.
Vaseline Aloe body lotion. Bottle cut open
L'Occitane eye make up remover oil. Sample size that came in GWP kit. I gave Emma one of these that she has never used as it is here not at Uni. If she doesn't want it I will use that but will repurchase this otherwise.
Murat Clarifying Toner.
Maybe just maybe my Benefit Dallas blush.
I did buy some cotton wool pads from Superdrug yesterday but nothing else. I'm seriously lusting after the OPI colour Coalmates and may look for this on the Black Friday deals.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge.
