:T to deja vu and chris on your losses.

Many congratulations on your graduation MrsR. Sounds like you had a brilliant time.:T

Back on plan today. I will make a note of syns and try to keep them to a minimum but as it's not a full week until WI, I can't use the weekly syn bank as usual.

I've boiled a piece of gammon to slice for the freezer and used the stock to make lentil and veg soup. That's in the SC now ready for lunch on Wednesday as I think it's a light option for an evening WI. I enjoyed the liver with my lunch. DH has decided he's gone off it and I've a few portions to use up from the freezer.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit. HEB porage with HEA milk
L: liver, LO fried veg, HB gravy
D: baked salmon, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, peas and asparagus
Syns: 2 for syrup and 6 for extra HEXs in breakfast

MrsR what a fab day! You should be very proud of yourself and it's lovely that others find you an inspiration.

Kathryn glad you're feeling a little better today, hope all goes well at the hospital.

Welcome back Maman. Poland is on my 'hit list' of places to visit.

Moneysaverme, my target is 11st 7lbs, top end of the healthy BMI for my height. My original target at the start of the year was 11st 10, purely on the basis that that was an adult weight I'd been stable at some years ago. I agree a healthy BMI does seem to be a massive range and I'm being realistic aiming at the top end.

Food so far today as per plan. I've discovered a microwave at my new workplace so that should help with planning lunches, even if it is eaten in a crowded room perched on a desk! I've been on my feet from 7.30 am till 3pm which at my heavy weight would have caused real problems for my knees and back so I'm very glad I'm a healthier weight now.

    Back later.
