    As I was driving along today, munching on a pack of celery I realised something that was life changing.

    The foliage tastes absolutely vile...... never ever just pop it in your mouth.

    It means...Je*sus H Chr*st......although there is too many letters in this (sorry if this offends).

    Bubbs, do not have all the hair removed from your head just to achieve the 2.5 lbs... it really is not worth it!

    First reformer pilates class in about 6 months tonight. My abs are so covered by flab I couldn't see whether I was doing it right or not! I was shattered by the end as well but I feel all nice and stretched out now :)

    Food today:
    Breakfast:Porridge and honey (HEB 2 syns)
    Lunch: grilled chicken breast, rice and salad
    Dinner: homemade chicken korma and rice (8 syns

    HEA milk

    Work Christmas lunch tomorrow. Wish me luck!
