I’m so happy to see this thread is still going :j:j after so so long

For those of you who don't know/don't read the first post, JesaRose is one of the original posters of this thread, who used to run it, like I do now. She took over for a while from Batgirl and some of the other names named in the first paragraph.

I often wonder how those posters are getting on.

#5 Shop and Scan with Kantar (not Nielsen, they are a different company)

If you are interested in earning vouchers, just for scanning your food shopping, this is the company for you.

Sign up here and wait for them to contact you.

    https://www.volunteer4panels.com/

Please note, you will need a PC or laptop to work with these as you need to submit barcodes scanned and this can only be done via these methods, not tablets or iPads.

Kantar Worldpanel is a leading company in the UK running consumer panels. We operate a number of different panels looking at purchasing and usage of many things from Groceries to Fashion.

As a panel member you'll receive regular rewards - usually in the form of points which can be exchanged for high street gift vouchers. You'll also have access to competitions and prize draws as well as other member benefits.

The information provided by our panels is used by manufacturers and retailers to understand how popular, or not, the products they make and sell are. So your help really makes a difference.

What you do is scan your food shopping using a handheld barcode scanner. Then upload that information once or more a week to the website. You can also upload receipts to them.

You earn 1100 points weekly for uploading barcodes. It doesn't matter how many you upload, the payment is the same.

When you reach 10000 points you can cash out for a £10 reward voucher.

There are no referrals for this scheme.

    #6 Sell used printer cartridges

Don't throw away those used ink cartridges, send them for recycling for money.

It is best to check which sites pay more for your cartridges and how much you have to earn before you get paid.

Here are some sites, I haven't checked prices etc, so you need to do that.

    2. http://www.therecyclingfactory.com/sell-ink-cartridges/

    6. http://www.tonermanltd.co.uk/

If anyone knows anymore please post and I will add them to the list.

The washing machine engineer is here. Same one as last week.

He's tutting and pulling faces lol.

Asked me for a permit as restricted parking round here.

I said I don't have one, costs too much money on top of my own permit.

I do tell the office when I book appointments that we have restricted hours. They never pass it on and engineers come out anyway.

They normally just leave a card in windscreen to say on a job.

I told engineer this and he told me that the engineers would never come to my house, I said well they do and I did say at time of booking.

So left him with his too short trousers round the bum making a mess off my floor.
