Actually Lynne, I might just do that. Been sitting here feeling sorry for myself but a brisk walk might just help and it might clear my headache too. Was going to have a soak in the bath but think I will go for a walk first xx

Been for walk and had a bath now and feeling a bit better. OH stomping around ignoring me still. Think tomorrow I will call citizens advice to see what they can suggest to move forward as this is not good for any of us.
