    Hope today's better, Ed - as you say, lots of causes - then they interact with one another, and it all seems *terrible*. I bet teapot's suggestions will help, and I also bet self-care will help too - hope the black dog releases its grip.

    Morning Ed,

    a couple of suggestions re books about loss of pets, they should help to encourage questions as well. You didn't mention what kind of family pet it was and these two are about cats but you could always talk about your pet throughout the story.

    Gooodbye Mog is the only? Mog book as we were afraid to share it with DD at the time she first got into Mog. I suppose it's too late for concern now, so we'll check it out.

    The Michael Rosen one also looks lovely.
