Gladstones Solicitors - letter before court

Good morning,
I received a letter on the 10/10/17.
Issuing me with 4 pcns from Link parking ltd.
I have only ever received correspondence for the 1 PCN which I have paid in full (£160).
I have requested gladstones send me details of the other 3 they have along with proof of postage of the claims.
Its been around 8 days now with no response from gladstones, leaving me only 6 days before they "issue" court proceedings against myself as stated in the letter.
Could I get any advice on this please.
As if I am honest I would like to avoid court as at 26 and looking to purchase my first house. I could really do with avoiding a CCJ. But I also don't want to pay 3 parking fines amounting £480 (£100 per ticket and £60 fees) for something they have not tried to contact me for.
Many Thanks

Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 which will cover what you need to do right the way through the court process to the hearing.I have only ever received correspondence for the 1 PCN which I have paid in full (£160).
But you cannot now ignore court papers, they must be dealt with. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks guys especially for the quick responses! I will get to reading the links provided as soon as I finish work!
The court papers have not been issued as of yet. Have just looked at my letter from gladstones and they say they will apply to the court 30 days after the letter was sent which would be 9/11/17.0 -

Chase them for a response to your request and remind them that under the new Protocol for Debt Claims, paragraph 5.2, they must comply with your request for the relevant documents. If they issue proceedings without doing that and giving you a chance to consider the matter further and to respond substantively, you will apply for an immediate stay of the proceedings under paragraph 15(b) of the Practice Direction - Pre-Action Conduct (which continues to apply, as set out in 7.2 of the new Protocol).Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. If I were you I'd also ask for any other documentation you'd like to see at this stage (and make it clear that the request is made under para 5.2 of the new Protocol).Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. Is there anything you would suggest for me to ask for?
in my previous emails to them, I requested proof of the parking in question. (photo evidence) and proof of postage of the letters they supposedly sent to me.
I also asked for the telephone recordings between myself and their client link parking ltd. As they were aggressive on the phone to me.

The terms of the contract they claim you entered into

Brilliant! thanks guys. looks like I've got a fair amount of reading to be done tonight.
I will write an e-mail to them and send it tomorrow, should I post the draft in here first for your opinions? What would happen if they continue to ignore that email then? and still pursue court action?
Thanks0
