thanks for the reply, this is why i put it up on here first, how would i go about making the i request you refer more formal though ?
that is where i am struggling.
as if i am honest, i would've thought "request" would've been more formal but less demanding than "ask"
having never been in this situation before, i am not used to being formal and demanding.0 -
It’s far too ‘chummy’. Get rid of and change to a more businesslike language the ‘Dear Daniel’, ‘I request that you refer’, ‘I would also like to refer you to’, ‘please could you send’, ‘Many Thanks’.
Please refer to ...
I also refer you to...
In order for me to assess the evidence you purport to have, I require better and higher quality photographs of ..... which should be attached to your response to this letter/email
Yours faithfully, if your salutation is ‘Dear Sir’, or Yours sincerely if Dear Mr ...Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Just had a response from them, which has gone over the 30 day limit that i gave to them, which includes adding extra days for the bank holiday.
Is there anything with this i can do to get it shut down? as it is required by the PAP or an explanation why they will not be able to get it to me within 30 days.
Neither of which was done.
Until i received a reply today on around day 40.
I've read through the PAP but can not find anything to say with what happens if they fail to meet the 30 day time limit you suggest to them.
Thanks0
