    It hasn’t happened to me, it’s not happened to anyone else in the last 5 years either.

    In this case Ombudsman said network settings & WiFi assist likely to have caused the roaming. Charges waived as Utility Warehouse landing message in the relevant country was lacking required information & handling was found wanting
