The deed has been done!! Picking up on Tuesday. Excited..
We added in gap insurance and also the autoglym lifeshine for peace of mind.
Lovely car in the best colour!
As above though - watch the price of GAP and the autoglym cover. If its dealer bought they tend to be quite expensive.
Other than that I hope you enjoy your new car!0 -
Bought form the dealer I am afraid, oops!! Oh well.0

Just under 700.
I'd never heard of both products before as we both drive old cars. Was hooked in like a kid in a sweet shop!0 -
If you are able to cancel the extras it could be worthwhile.
GAP insurance can be purchased at much less than dealers sell it for, the product is identical.
Paint protection can be good......... But needs to be applied with care taking time to ensure the car is totally free from dirt/ contaminates / old wax etc and is also ideally given a machine polish to remove any small marks or swirls. This takes time and skill. A local specialist detailer would be my choice as the dealer will be using someone on minimum wage to slap the product on quickly and get on to the next car.
Of course if you can't cancel them then it not the end of the world, enjoy your new car.0 -
Car looks lovely, great colour. Get a 3rd party GAP quote and ask the dealer to price match, nothing to lose?
I wouldn't bother with Lifeshine personally because the kits are so cheap on Fleabay but I can see the appeal of the guarantee.
Enjoy the car regardless.0 -
Picking up this evening around 60
