bargain greggs is great for pasties - 4 for£1 at the mo. Only thing is, I'm on a diet, so whilst the girls are tucking into pasties or pizzas, I'm staring at a salad lol!
Love the greggs second hand name tag. There is something delicious about writing the first words of a story. You never quite know where they'll take you - Beatrix Potter0 -
I also count pizza night as my free night, good way to get rid of all those left over scraps you cant seem to do anything else with.
I did once try making a pizza to freeze but I found the base wasn`t very nice at all once it was cooked, seemed to have a weird after taste and was slightly harder than the fresh one. So I always make them fresh, you cant buy a nicer/cheaper pizza than homemade.Mine usually work out less than £1 for a 14 inch one.Debt Free Date:10/09/2007 :j :money:0 -

does anybody know how to make bolognese pizza please?
i've got some spag bol sauce left, and i wanted to use it as a pizza topping
But how does it go on the pizza? ie do i still put the tomato/onion base on, then the bolognese, then the cheese, or what?
i remember having it once years ago, and i really fancied doing it for tea tomorrow :rolleyes:0 -
I always have bolognese pizza from the takeaway.
There's two ways of having it.
One is bolognese garlic bread, where the dough has garlic butter first and then the bolognese sauce.
Bolognese pizza has a tomato base first, then bolognese then cheese.
Both are yummy, although I don't have the cheese on it as I don't like it.0 -
