I have HM Pizza on my menu plan for tonight. Making the dough in the BM and trying out the BBQ sauce Squeaky suggested. Hope it's better than the Orange Curd.
Ha Ha. Just teasing. I will freeze half the dough, as DD is going out tonight  and DS is a picky pizza eater. Ends up with a little pile on his plate of all the stuff he doesn't like. I find as well as them being tastier they work out more econimical as they fill you up so much more than the bought Pizza's.

You'll need to simmer the sauce to reduce it, I reckon. I'm tempted to make one myself tonight too but I've got lots of salad stuff I need to use up. definitely in the pipeline though.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. That's pizza with chilli and ginger sauce in the next menu plan then
Did you have to reduce it much?

Yes a wee bit. Didn't take long though. The BM makes a great dough. I used the one in the recipe thread. Can't remember who posted it, but it's really nice. Forgot the anchovies (on purpose) I hate em, but DH loves them on Pizza.

D'ya know I used to have exactly the same problem with my DS when we used to buy frozen pizzas! He would pull off most of the cheese and various other bits he said he didn't like and leave it on his plate
However, when we make pizzas now I leave him to do his own toppings, yet he will still add cheese and some of the other bits he previously said he didn't like, only now he eats it all up!! :T

OH is now addicted to making pizzas  He makes the dough in the BM then put whst he wants on top with mozarella from Lidls. Infact, he knocked 2 batches up this morning (4 large bases) and did 2 for lunch (were looking after niece and nephew) and have put 2 in the freezer. Must admit that they are lovely and so cheap and easy to make
