This person has a licence,yet managed to kill someone with a stationary car.
Once again focusing on the 'low impactors' is a waste of time.
Motorised vehicles are the real danger of the roads.

Z1a in post 15 seemed to be suggesting that horse riders should be banned from the roads.

I commented on that post, suggesting it would be more appropriate to ban cyclists.

Your comment seemed to suggest that we should ban cars! So I simply wondered if it you were making a serious proposition.
