  • Ask the question on Morrisons social media web sites ........you usually get a better response than going to the store.
  • I have passed to citizens advice and also emailed morrisons customer services, according to the manager in store this is their policy in all stores, there were still packs in there labelled 2.5kg but must have only had about 1.5kg, all they need to do is weigh these packs finished and adjust the price accordingly, I think their original training on this has been lost in translation over time. On researching this as you say net weight is what's in the pack, mislabelling is against the law and I imagine when the customer services look into this the fish boys in store will lose the smug look they had on their faces.
