Just checked post, have got a letter from court saying .
Upon the claimant failing to pay the hearing fee
IT IS ORDERED THAT
The claim is struck out and the hearing is vacated
Not sure where that leaves me, don't think i need to worry about finishing the WS. Does this mean now they can reaply to the court to re-initiate the claim at any time?0 -
