Just received acknowledgement letter from CCBC confirming receipt of defence and it being served on CEL. Up to 28 days to wait for response. wonder how long it will take?0

Update Received the Directions Questionnaire on the 1st December with a deadline of the 18th of December to reply, I am filling it in and will post it back to the CCBC and a copy to Cel. Starting to prepare the WS now.0

I received mine today aswell Eaglehawk. My heart sank, really hoped they wouldn't take it further. Fed up with it especially at this time of year. Its now been a year since the first letter :-(0

Hey courts have just started to process the case and i have a notice asking the claimant to file the POC by 13th feb , do I get a copy of the POC which I assume will be the full POC with pics etc..
looking through forums dont see anyone getting letter saying claimant must file POC, is this usual ? have not has request for WS or court dates yet?0 -
Yes you will have to be sent the POC. It might not include photos at this stage (yet).

Hi well I have got my court date as 1st May, am sorting out my WS to post of will post post online for a bit of help cheers. Had also received a offer to pay £175.00 to settle. Not doing that so WS it is0
