What's the 4th exercise mentioned?

OP, if you get yourself a Filipino girlfriend they think 'foreigners' with pot bellies are cute. You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

If it was easy to lose weight, then everyone would just do it.
I have been trying to lose weight over the last few months. I hired a Personal Trainer at the gym who I see once a week and I attend the gym on my own a few more times a week. Plus I swim and run. Weight loess is slow but possible with hard work.
Eat healthily and exercise more. I set myself a target of 2 pounds per week.0 -
What?
plank
side plank
backwards push ups and
ta dah! sit-ups!
So this is not accurate:These exercises are done without situps
Pretty good if they work though.
Do you know if they do - or did you just find some random exercises on Facebook?0 -
A flat somach will be the result of an entire lifestyle change.
Unfortunately, if you do not want to exercise, it is probably not going to happen. The problem with only dieting, is that you will lose muscle as well as fat. I know. I did this. I was still "podgy" at the end of it.
And while spot reduction is not possible, by performing heavy, compound lifts, I was able to bring my body fat percentage level across my body. What I mean by this, is that I had a DEXA body scan. My belly was 27% fat while my arms were 18%. My legs were uneven etc. After just 3 months of exercise I was at 21-23% everywhere.0 -
The link you posted had a set of 4 exercises - to do all 4 in a 4 week regime:
plank
side plank
backwards push ups and
ta dah! sit-ups!
So this is not accurate:
That's what.

This is me after 4 weeks (and he doesn't have to do the sit-ups):

Dieting without exercise will lead to you losing muscle mass as well as fat - so you could end up becoming one of the "skinny fat" (people whop look skinny, but have substantial internal fat deposits). Not a healthy situation.
Doing sit-ups (or similar) will not "spot-reduce" fatness. There is ample research evidence of this.
A podgy belly is due to (a) fat deposits under the skin and (b) weak abdominal muscles.
The solution therefore is three-fold: (a) exercise (to lose weight); (b) diet (to lose weight), and (c) find some sort of abs exercise that is acceptable to you (to firm up the underlying muscle).
Or you could waste your money on these miracle cures that will promise you to get rid of belly fat. The only weight you will lose that way is in your wallet.(Nearly) dunroving0 -

Two pounds a week isn't what I would call slow. Without reducing food intake, that kind of loss would require an awful lot of exercise.0 -
Two pounds of fat would fuel 70 miles of walking.(Nearly) dunroving0
