Hello again I-A, I'm still on leave and we are off to Amazonia for a family outing today with a picnic. I had a delivery from Ann Summers yesterday;)

It's probably just my immaturity, but I stopped at this point and commenced roffling

    Anyway

The MAN-FLU has subsided, so I can return to the gym after a two day lay-off

Those 2 bottles of San Miguel really helped the healing process

    Sorry....

You don't really want the stuff, it's evil and makes you feel bad when you decide not to eat it.
