is this progress? a few years ago we used to have two deliveries, the first before i left for work - 08:00. it was also 50% cheaper to send mail and 99.6% of first class mail was delivered next day. what has happened leighton/crozier?
with employment law as it is there is no reason to pay fat cat union bosses money to call the obligatory strike over pay.
The reason you are getting your mail late is that the postmen arent allowed to start as early and have their start times put back by 1.5 hours so everyone will be getting their mail at least 1.5 hours later thats not the fault of the postmen but royal mail management0 -
The postal strike was well 'advertised' ahead of time. So really we all had time to post any really urgent stuff ahead of time or arrange for an alternative method of posting. Therefore I doubt that the old rate will be honoured unless it is there policy to do so when you can show you posted it when it was higher rate.
Welldone I see they honoured it.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0
