Post#6 still requires similar attention - as described in post#7.

I'll then edit post #7 to avoid perpetuating the myth.

if you can put right all the rookie mistakes you have made already then people can try and help you instead of trying to get you to edit posts to stop "blabbing" about who the driver was

who was driving is not relevant and can harm your case if known

remember what they say on cop shows

"you have the right to remain silent"
"anything you say may be used against you in a court of law"

    so less is more

it was THE DRIVER that was driving , an anonymous entity

you are defending this claim on behalf of the KEEPER but it must all be done in their name as its their details on the MCOL

No idea what else you need. Examples of CEL defences are all over this forum; so spend time reading some. Copy them & adapt the details (change dates and figures & facts to suit, and if you've blabbed about who was driving, you can't use arguments about the POFA and 'no keeper liability' so you'd be deleting those from your draft).
Thanks I get very overwhelmed with things like this.
Get someone else to read it with you then, we can't re-write what's already in the NEWBIES thread, for 100 new posts every day; it's not possible. We can't write it for you.

We will help when YOU show US your defence draft, and tell us you've done the (very simple) AOS online to extend the time. Easy because there's a pictorial idiot's guide in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread about AOS, and examples of CEL defences are literally everywhere here.

Sorry I know your helping me but I still don't understand you have no obligation to help me, I am just so confused I have read the newbie thread and still don't understand which draft is relevant to my case or how to cut out the irrelevant. Regretfully considering making the harsh payment of 325!! :(

I will push you at a recent thread where you should be able to easily adapt that recent defence for yourself

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5729157

remove anything that isnt true or relevant to your own case and then add anything or change anything to suit

90% of it is written for you

Pay it then and be labelled a gullible mug!

This sympathy-seeking tactic of saying 'this is all so overwhelming for me that I might as well pay' is obviously an attempt to play on our hatred for the PPCs so that we will shout 'no, don't pay we'll do it for you'

Well we won't and the pity seeking is wearing thin.

You have a NEWBIES thread which tells you everything you need to know and countless defences already written for you on other threads.

We advise and guide we don't spoon feed and wipe backsides.
