In case of judgement against registered keeper is given regardless of advising them about the address change, when would the credit history be affected from that point onward i.e. what is the mechanism of it.
What information available for the set aside process? What I am thinking is that the credit history might have been impacted by the time I arrive back, what processes and procedures will I have to initiate in order to get the credit history back to favourable (which it currently is).0 -
do some research on it by googling £255 set aside and see what the results say
do the same in the drop down forum search box as this has been discussed to death over the years !!0 -
This isn’t a legal forum. We do not purport to be able to answer any question thrown at us beyond standard private parking charges ones. If you want to keep throwing in Qs like that, register over on Legal Beagles. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Umkomaas, genuine question, which part of my post you are referring to that is the Legal question?0 -
Worth it? Who knows.and to add to the above, is ICO appeal worth it for DPA breach?
If you are asking if you pay the fees, do the necessary work will you get you money back, that depends on a number of things:
1) how much the fees are - that depends on the value of your claim,
2) how do you value your time?
3) how much stress you can convince a judge that you have suffered,
4) whether you win the court case.
To help you decide, £750 is apparently the 'going rate' for a win.
Don't rush into it - you have six years to do the sums and work out if it is worth it.
Now, that is exactly the type of legal question that has nothing to do with parking.
Likewise 'set aside'.0 -

IMHO, no.
The ICO hasn't shown that they understand this issue - I think there was even one early decision back that assumed that PPCs can process keeper data because the keeper is liable (never mind the POFA).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
