FB, thanks for that information, I had missed the start date for the new series... must set up series to record; problem is Bonekickers in HD is stored on the cable unit (each 1hr HD occupies about 4hr of standard broadcast format) - now in a dilema to find time to watch or delete it!!0

I've been quietly following your own thread, but haven't yet officially said hello. I'll have to try to get around to this soon!
Hope to get an update in here this evening - think I've the beginnings of man flu - was feeling under the weather yesterday, hence no post here!

Bone kickers - Think I've watched one of those... didn't do it for me. Mrs Bliss watches it though.
I'm sitting here with a small glass of red wine and pondering over what I should be doing: bills, balance current account or credit card statements, etc and in effect, all I'm really doing is reading MSE.

Financial Bliss.
I suggest either a larger glass, or refilling the small one more often
You'll be more "creative" that way and this is simply your "absorbing" data mode...
So I guess I delete Bonekickers based on the votes... doubt I'll get time to watch it anyway.0 -

One of my kids has kid flu (I've packed him off to school anyway;)) I can't believe how early the round of germs has started this year:o
Hope you get better soon:D0 -
Hi everyone,
Thanks for the well wishes - glass of wine was replaced with a lemsip. Feel much better today, although quite tired. Pleased it's Friday - unusual for me as I "muck around" with computers and as a bonus, also get paid for it- it's unusual for me to wish for the weekend!
Surveys.
It's been about a month since I joined up so, I'll post a quick update on the survey front...
Pinecone research. My interest in surveys started out with Pinecone reasearch after getting a referral link. Filled this out and haven't heard anything else since.
OnePoll. Joined these second. My balance today with OnePoll is 6.35. I'd like to achive the 40.00 payout before Christmas, but to be honest, I don't think I'll get there until after Christmas. I'm careful to only answer surveys that are relevant to me - is that what others do?
YouGov. Joined them mid-September, so I've not been with them that long. Not quite sure what's going on with YouGov. Despite filling out a profile, I've yet to be invited to a paid for survey. Balance with YouGov stands at 1.00
I'd appreciate any further tips with regard to survey sites!
