how to search excluding competiton boards

Most times I search for something I get loads of competion threads appear, these are irrelevant as are out of date.

Is there a way to search the site excluding the competitons board.

I know you can search just on one board but I can't see an option to exclude a board when searching

Hi!

If you use the Advanced search you can search several boards at once for a specific search term. If you want to search all boards except comps leave all boards ticked except those.
