bit of a sweeping statement there and i disagree mattytun unless you have one for sale and you are trying to promte one of your auctions

i explained to my 12 year old son that we might have to buy one off ebay if he wanted one for xmas as i was having trouble getting one and he said NO he didnt want me paying over the odds for one and he would wait till shops got them back in

in the end i managed to get one from Argos and also picked up a wii play at the weekend too. I took the games back to Argos that came in the package and swapped them for more suitable ones.

where's the best place to get batteries and chargers?
I just ordered a charger & batteries from dealextreme along with extra nunchuck/controller as alot cheaper. All received perfect, cant complain and saved a packet. You also get a tracking number so you can check where it is.

Controller & nunchuck worked out about £30 think it gone up to £34 now ($68) still cheaper than in the UK. Comes in packaging with jap writing on but same items and works perfectly so you dont know they are from across the seas. There are also lots of other recommendations for this company/products on the site so dont jsut take my word for it!!!.

not linked to the site, just a happy customer.

The price quoted previously includes postage and packaging my order took about 10 days but well worth the wait for the savings.

Don't forget Quidco from HMV... also i believe you can pay an extra £5 to upgrade to special delivery to guarantee delivery for Christmas...
