    Hi

I managed to get a wii for the kids for xmas, but have been looking for games and the bits to go with it.......

These are what I have found so far, that seem to be the cheapest places for them so thought I would share them with you....

Wii Play & wireless remote £27.00
    + cash back from quidco

Thanks I'm going to order Wii Play. I can't see Virgin Megastore on Quidco anywhere though.

just ordered a wii (after having a go at the one we have at work) but then someone bought a xbox 360 in today and now i'm not sure so whether to stick with the wii or buy a 360, prices of these are dropping. will the wii's be in short demand again this year for sure?

Just ordered Fantastic 4 for £10 delivered + TCB cashback. This is less than 1/2 price than Asda. Thanks

I think they did a ploy to get people to rush out and buy them when they advertised that they were struggling on parts to build them!

There are still a few around at different places, but I think you have to be quick.

I had an xbox 360 that we sold on ebay, as the kids hardly ever bothered with it, they would rather play their ps2 or the psp's!!!

From a parents point of view, I'd rather have the wii cause at least the kids will get some exercise with it with the extra's and such like with the games.

Virgin are far worse than that. I ordered a WII from them in September. They debitted my credit card and sent me a despatch notification but the WII never turned up. After weeks of trying to contact their customer  service people with no response I gave up and am now pursuing a chargeback through my credit card company. Truly an awful service from an awful retailler - no matter how cheap Virgin are my advice would be to avoid them.

ah nuts just ordered a wii from them.

Unfortunately, I think that Virgin are still doing the best bundle (instore only) - you can get a Wii plus any two chart games for £220 (and that includes things like 'Boogie' that comes with the free microphone - this was local in sutton, and is still on the 'manager's special' board, but I htink it;s nationwide). It might be worth waiting, as Nintendo are bringing out a few AAA titles before Christmas, the main one being 'Super Mario Galaxy' (also the "Wii-Fit" balance board and 'Mario Kart Wii" are coming out soon). The Virgin Website is selling all Wii pre-order games for £29, but I also have experience of them being s l o w.

Remember that if you have a Virgin credit card or access to someone with a student discount, you can get a 10% discount.
