This is news because a group of people pay for polls which inform their trading position, has there been a crime committed?

    Do explain?

Phone 101 if you think there has been a crime.

No crime it is all fair in finance.
I was bringing up another Brexit dividend shared by a number of currency traders who may or may not be Brexiters.
Yet another Brexit dividend not shared by Britain or British people.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

Financial markets are based on the 'greatest fool' theory, so no surprise that the flaky remainers are the greatest fools and the plucky Brexiteers the biggest winners.

Given that leavers are supposed to be thick and uneducated but obviously with a high level of financial acumen???????????

    However

This quote from the Bloomberg article does not suggest a crime but you may want to call 101

    QUOTE
One person with questions still to answer is Farage, a former commodities broker who also went to work for a London currency trading company after he moved into politics. He twice told the world on election night that Leave had likely lost, when he had information suggesting his side had actually won. He also has changed his story about who told him what regarding that very valuable piece of information.
    END QUOTE

A very sensible decision gfplux to put that in quotes (I have avoided even requoting it).

Genuinely my advice? I would consider deleting it after a few more pages:)

All this emotion driven remaining is going to end in tears, I fear.

    QUOTE
Nice little earner: Bloomberg reckons at least a dozen City hedge funds bought exclusive or syndicated exit polls, some earning up to $300 million on the night. Pollsters selling their services in this way included YouGov, Survation, ICM, BMG and ComRes, the story claims. There’s no suggestion such activity breaches any rules, so long as the data is not made public before the polls close.

Enter Nigel: “The biggest private exit poll was conducted by Farage’s preferred pollster … Survation,” Bloomberg reports. “It was sold to multiple clients and correctly predicted Leave, according to Farage and other sources familiar with the results. In an interview with Bloomberg Businessweek, Farage said he learned of Survation’s results before making at least one of two public concessions that night, meaning there was a good chance he was feeding specious sentiment into markets … Farage rejects the idea his concessions were aimed at moving the markets for anyone.”

I suppose I could say well Brexit has not actually happened yet...:rotfl:

I am truly honoured to represent the Great British people, as I approach 2000 thanks for my posts I would argue that far more people have voted for me that Andrew Adonis ty again:beer:

Is it just me but having lost the vote on the EU withdrawal bill, having lost any hope of Labour backing a second referendum and having only a tiny turnout for their march (disingenuously called peoplesvote) are remainers now in the last throws of a spasm of remainia?

She also didn't say (and I paraphrase) "only a fool would consider leaving the single market", that the Norwegian model was a good one or "they need us more than we need them".

But just because we're not talking about a 4p income tax raise yet doesn't mean it's impossible. Do you still actually believe anything May says or doesn't say?

Regarding knowing Airbus made aircraft rather than flying them? It's obvious to anyone who's read beyond the headlines. Every article about Airbus leaving is talking about manufacture of aircraft. A google search for "airbus" shows you it's a manufacturer on the front page.

I think that's what he's getting at as what Remain are up against. Someone who is outraged about something without the faintest idea what that something is.

As for the Eurozone and communism being bad ideas, well, we'll let history decide. We've made a small fortune from the former.

Yet again you take these comments out of context and every time you repeat them i will repeat this link so that others will know what was really said and not what you want to spin..

This is what you are up against.

IMO its a little silly posting such things as this, where will it end? It takes just a few seconds to scroll the net to find equally uniformed views and reasoning for voting remain.

Mocking people seems to be another game remoaners take pride in..

Here is just one of the many thousands im sure exist on YouTube of remainers just to highlight my point...
