It is just getting embarrassing at this stage0 -

The EU is always perfect and the UK always flawed?
So goes the remainer logic
Do you reject the AC Grayling approach?0 -

So you think its going well then Thrugelmir? More than a year into the Article 50 process and 2 years since the referendum and what is government's answer on customs issues and the Irish border.
I don't think they are any closer to getting to a position that can get agreement from the EU, keep the Tories vaguely united and get through parliament. Maybe Theresa May will prove to be a tactical genius who has been lulling us with the appearance of complete incompetence on the issue, but I'm not holding my breath.
Who knows what outcome inertia will lead us to in the end, but there isn't much evidence it will be a well thought out intelligently crafted response to what is a massive issue.0 -

The idea that if only we had a clear headed competent Government
then this Brexit business would be easy, is a myth.
The post GE2017 make-up of Parliament and the in built antipathy to Brexit in the Lords makes a Brexit deal hugely problematic and maybe impossible. If Brexit under this Government is embarrassing then we're all to blame. The country is hopelessly divided.“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -

Divorce is never easy. Takes two to compromise. At the 23rd hour a deal has to be struck.0 -
To cope with the downturn in the economy that Brexit will cause, the Cabinet has just waved through the 3rd Heathrow runway.
To help with the 700 extra planes flying daily to cope with that recession and downturn in UK-international trade.0 -

It was always going to de difficult and I don't think any other party would have done any better and we can't judge them until the final deal. I don't think it is a good negotiation skill to reveal what you are prepared to give away to early especially as the EU have made no concessions.0 -

...
It's their job to sort it out, or else we kick them out. I don't recall the referendum question saying "Should the UK government make themselves look idiots and weak?". We were presented with 2 options and had to assume competence in both.
What is going well anyway? When people voted Remain did they really think Italy was going to elect a populist government, with barely disguised threats from the EU political core?0
