My fear is that remoaniacs are stoking the fires of extremism in the UK.

When democratic decisions are over turned by unelected elites this is the path to anarchy.

I thought it was agreed name calling had no place in this thread.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.

    Again missing the point entirely.

    I like a good scone.
What I don't much fancy is trying to eat raw wheat, raw cane sugar and unpasteurized milk although I wouldn't mind the raw grapes that could become raisins.

Indeed; there's value in turn it stuff into other stuff. My point was that even buying locally made stuff, where it exists, it still relies heavily on imports.

I'd guess that for a hypothetical British made microwave, at least 90% of the material is imported, for instance

Only by some because it looks like it's okay to imply (or even downright say) that Brexiters are racist, Nazi, thick, Pringles- or Pot-Noodle-eaters (? Yes but some do) and much more besides though isn't it?

Why on earth would they do that as we're constantly told that lots of our experts in many fields are from the EU and want to go back there to work, rather than stay here.

You are perfectly correct. Thank you.

Any opinions on Romania moving their embassy to Jerusalem, despite Mogherini's "full EU unity" statement about no EU member following the USA in doing that?

Your signature really is disappointing. Many of us have pointed our Brexit benefits but you CHOOSE to ignore them and then claim none have been proffered.

    Staggering cognitive treacle.

Let's give you yet 1 more; 1/2 of worlds fastest growing cities are in Commonwealth. Brexit means a very good FTA with EU and full globally autonomy to boost trade with the 85% of trade o/s the EU.

First time I hear about it.
Your quest to dig up any morsel of news to show supposed EU disunity throws up some interesting stories.

But as usual, it's fake news. Romania is not (yet) moving their embassy.
Under Romanian legislation, the final say on embassy relocation belongs to centrist President Klaus Iohannis, who said he had not been consulted.

Personally, I couldn't give a fig about the location of the Romanian embassy in Israel. :)
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

That is not an advantage to Britain of leaving the EU it is part of your wish list.

Which of these fast growing cities want what we make, can afford it, and are hindered by us being in the EU?

I think the point others are trying to make is that growing countries and cities by definition are an opportunity, and that opportunity will be enhanced by the ability to broker mutually beneficial trade deals with those growth areas. British goods do have a certain cache (sp?) to them and I’m surely the burgeoning middle class in those countries will want a piece of that. Not all consumers share your miserablist view on the goods the U.K. exports, accepting of course that it suits your narrative to be disparaging about our country’s post Brexit future.
