Having a few problems/restrictions with the switch:
1) error in transferring list of payees
2) can't move out more than £500 or £1000 cumm./business day by internet without "Token" which takes 5-7 days by post
3) secure messging system faulty so never sure if message sent0 -

But, although the total balance is correct, only the second transaction is showing in my live statement. This is the case with the browser version and Android app.
However, given the balance is correct, I'm sure their internal systems have all the transactional data, but the way they present that data is a bit buggy; which doesn't exactly fill you with confidence, when dealing with a bank.Retired at age 56 after having "light bulb moment" due to reading MSE and its forums. Been managing this account (via Desktop & Internet Banking) for a few days now and I am surprised at the delay in trans/actions such deleting direct debits, FPs appearing etc. Also, I transferred funds between the saver yet it shows up a Telephone banking transaction - weird?Free thinker.:cool:0

The £1k/month & DDs are only for the £250 switching incentive so no need for them after pocketing the cash. I think there will be many that will then ditch & use as a donor a/c (retaining 2 x Tesco DDs & switching again before April:)).
So love them and leave themFree thinker.:cool:0 -

Hi, does anyone know if the original terms and conditions stated you had to carry out a full switch and close the old account, when I applied online it came up with either full or partial and I opted for partial, now I have been contacted to say i’ll only get the £250 if I fully switch. Funny enough now it stats full switch only, but I’m sure it never said that before. Has anyone else had this problem ? Thank you.:rotfl::rotfl:0

I got the option to partially switch, when applying (having the option being available isn't an indicator of it being part of the bonus offer). But I'm pretty sure the T&Cs stated you must complete a full switch to get a bonus.
I've never know any bank offer a bonus for a partial switch. After all, the incentive is for them to try and get all of your business.0 -

I'm pretty sure it said to switch your account using the CASS system. They want your business, you want their bonus!
Any of these deals in the past has required a full switch which automatically closes the original account.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
