Missed flight as travel agent failed to tell me it went the day before!

I think I’ll accept their offer. It’s just nice to get other people’s views.
The holiday wasn’t cut short we still had 7 days.
On the Beach charged me £20 for the 47 minute phone call which I’ll try and get back and then EE have charged me £2.74!
I didn’t check the flight times online before we went but will definitely do this next time now! I suppose I just expected On The Beach to let us know of any change.
