New glasses

Big difference in prices between boots and spec savers. Are boots glasses quality are better than spec savers.? I wanted to regulate but was told it would be cheaper if I buy new frames. Need some specs with decent varifocals. Thanks

Hello, i have an astigmatism in my left eye, prescription says 180 axis. vertical is clear, horizontal burred.
I've now realised its not quite right. Its a few degrees off the vertical, 11 o'clock /5 o'clock axis is clear, 2 o'clock/8 o'clock blurred.
What should my prescription be? 165? 015?
