Ok does anyone know if you can suffer from Chocolate withdrawal?
I've had a headache for 2 days and I've stopped eating chocolate! Could there be a link?
Well I for one believe that you can!! I would try and eat some just to see if the headache goes away!!:EasterBunDEBT FREE 23/FEB/07 TWO YEAR's!! £2 £1020.00 Banked New total £268+ and counting SAVINGS 3000.00- ISA £30. :j0 -
That sounds like a wonderful idea, however I am trying to give it up. I OD'd on it over the weekend and really don't feel like eating any.

Lucy have you got any dried fruit or nuts to hand? You might be getting headaches because your blood sugar is up and down from eating lots of chocolate and then none at all.
Try and eat a handful of raisins or nuts every couple of hours- these will keep your blood sugar steady and will help wean you off the chocolate (when the craving comes back!)Don't suffer alone - if you are experiencing Domestic Abuse contact the National Domestic Abuse Helplines

It's nearly lunchtime so I will pick something up from the supermarket. Funny thing is normally I would get to this stage and just eat some, but I really don't want any.... I think I might have put myself off for life!Current debt - £16,300

I don't drink coffee and very rarely tea (just sat down with some tea with sweetner in it)
I'm going back on my diet so chocolate really needs to be cut out.Current debt - £16,300

Try drinking plenty of water, you may be dehydrated. Although in my medical opinion - (from watching casualty) - its definitely chocolate withdrawal. Maybe just try sniffing some bars in the shop at lunchtime :rotfl:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Morning all, I've had a v productive morning. Off work sick with a heavy cold and sore throat. Not well enough to be at work and well enough to enjoy the day off if you know what I mean? I was up early for my monthly Drs appt. He's increased my prozac so hopefully I'll feel better soon. I've listed a whole load of books on Amazon and eaten a box of Dairy Milk!! Ooops!!!0
