UKPC PCN - Julian's Car Park Didcot

Can anyone help ? Yesterday evening I got a ticket at Julian's Didcot - despite the fact I had paid for 24hours. Stupidly I lost the ticket so don't have a number.I rang Ringgo who said they were operators only and that tickets were dealt with by Cushman and Wakefield;on ringing C&W they know nothing about any car parks. Any ideas ?0
