So, have you decided what you're going to do about it?

My immediate thoughts exactly. My sister had issues like this with her Range Rover. AFAIK Section 75 only covers you up to £30K.
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
  • LOL I like the names your giving me but nope none of them. And I have heard some terrible things about them too.

The car is being collected tomorrow for confirmation of rejection. I need to find my insurance info to seek the legal advice. Its a new contender to the race with loads of "Fan Boys" which is one of the reasons trying to talk to any of them is very hard about the problems you have.

You'd have to spec the hell out an Infiniti QX to get near 75K.

I knew a guy a few years ago, won about £1.5 million on the lottery.

He carried on working, bought himself an Aston and his missus a Fiat 500 (claimed that's what she wanted but he was always a tight git).

Anyway carried on working for a couple of years for a multi national, came up for his last company car choice, best he could get was a 5 series, to which he added every option in the book. When he took delivery of the car he went through it with a fine toothcomb, they'd missed something he ordered that couldn't be retro fitted. He promptly rejected the car, must have been a nice car for someone at a reasonable price.

Not surprising then for a car built by Americans ;)
