looking for context I realise the situations is very different as you have a previous and a couple of kids so not new at the game.
seems you never really lived together(just a couple of nights a week trials) and it was the move in to hers properly that caused the split.
Remember when you enter some ones life and take over they know that they will always be second fiddle when there are kids/baggage tagging along.
looks like you were at different stages in life/relationship partime was fine the thought of going in full time the OH was not ready.
much like you posts in June where it is the other way round.0
