Have a lovely day HH

Yes, to not have the constant worry would just be awesome.
Anyway going out tonight for a meal with friends.
Am paying my own like a real grown up  :rotfl:
It's good pretending to be a grown up sometimes.

I logged in very early this morning and did a £3.50 study. Not too onerous but a bit boring. For that fee I don't mind being bored:rotfl:. I've since done 2 others totalling £1.75 with a potential extra bonus of up to £1.25 if I've opted for the correct judgements in one of them. I love Prolific:jFinally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

I Agree. PA's been rubbish for me for over a week until today.

I have exciting news :j I enrolled on a course this morning :j.
It's a part time NVQ course which will help me become a qualified teaching assistant. The school asked me if I was going to do a course and I said I'd like to do one, but wanted their advice. So the teacher suggested the training provider they use and they happened to be holding an enrolment morning today! So I went along and enrolled :T.
It took all morning and I had to do an IT, English and maths assessment   plus fill in a hundred forms!
Apparently the hardest thing is getting a school placement, but as I've already been volunteering for a year they were willing to support me. The teacher said you're here anyway so you may as well benefit.
Best of all the course is free as I'm on a low income. I'm really pleased and excited :T :T :j :j :T :j :T :j. The course starts in January. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Intrigued by the No Spend Challenge your daughter plans to do next year. Is it a MSE challenge or something that she's organising for herself? Would appreciate a few details if you have a minute sometime. Thanks x
I've read a couple of books recently where the authors have spent nothing (over and above absolutely essential living costs) for a year and I plan to try something similar myself next year. I'd have more money if I stopped spending money on books about how not to spend money:rotfl:. I bought these 2 in a charity shop in the 2 for £1 section but all these little spends add up over time:eek:0 -
