My mum has just missed DS3 going to uni and the birth of her first great grandchild

Very true. My Dad missed my niece and nephew being born and all four of his grandchildren graduating from university. He also missed my DDs wedding and the birth of his two great granddaughters. A whole lifetime and a reminder of how tenuous life is. Great buys for DS3 and won't add to the tea towel tale apart from to say my DS said they were good for mopping up spillages :rotfl:.

I have an oven glove, but always use tea towels for some reason. I don't think I have got the over glove out of the draw.
I'm sure he'll get sorted with anything missing.
